Layered like so, from bottom to top:
homemade garlic, basil hummus
lasagna noodles (brown rice)
lightly sauteed yellow onion (1/2 med.) and medium zuccini (diced) mixed with some chopped spinach
1 jar marinara sauce
lasagna noodles
mashed sweet potato (1large with a little garlic powder and salt, cooked about 45 minutes)
lasagna noodles
2/3 jar marinara sauce
a couple tbs nutritional yeast (approximately)
slightly ground up unsalted cashews (about 2/3 cup)
*cook at 350 for 45 minutes
